Our establishment as of  01/01/19 will now charge a $25 cancellation fee per pet for an appt. that has been canceled by a customer as less than 24-hour notice. We do hope that you can understand our company's policies. They are designed to be fair to all concerned, and for other customer's needs as well. 2.)  We always try to keep our time of arrival to you within a one- hour grace period as well, as there are many factors that may affect our ending arrival time to you. Please be patient for ETA time(s). 3.) We power-down on Sundays and not make callbacks or texts then. Monday resumes calls.

4>)  We initiate our first conversation to you via an initial text message from our number as indicated above until we are both able to connect and arrange for a more convenient time to chat. If this is not an option that you wish for us to consider, please indicate that on your initial message to us.  5>) We will only service your dog or cat at YOUR location, not another friend or relative's house, or a future -expected move-in location. 6>) All deposits are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled if there has been at least 24-hour notice and acknowledged.  - Classy Lassies

Pet Smart Alert: Our sincere apologies go out heartfully at this time to the two pet owners whose dogs passed on while being groomed at a local PetSmart in Flemington NJ, and is a true tragedy. Here is a link to the article:

We want to make our new and current customers feel safe in knowing that we have NEVER had a pet ever become ill or pass on while or after being groomed under our care! 

We also wanted to advise that we do not use "grooming nooses" but rather "people spotting" because of this reason; we also NEVER cage dry any of our client's pets as well. Please consider using the safe and experienced care that we continue to offer and provide to our clients at Classy Lassies!
